Help! Will I miss Level 4 nicu if I change to a level 3?!

Has anyone gone from a level 4 nicu to level 3? I currently work in the small baby unit at a level 4 NICU. I recently became a mother so I am looking at a casual position closer to my home but they only do 28 weeks and up. Has anyone made the switch and regretted it?!
