help! vermont NCLEX application

Hello! I have a question. Is it ok to send my NCLEX application form to vermont even if i haven't received my license yet? I already passed the june 2007 NLE but my license will only be released this March 2008. I have acquired a certificate of passing and a certificate of board rating from PRC to prove that I have passed the local board exam here in the Phils. And do I also have to attach an explanation letter why i still don't have my license? Pls pls pls..can anyone help me?

There is no NCLEX application form, you are applying for licensure as an RN in the US.

It is actually impossible to apply directly for that exam, as you must have permission from a state BON in order to sit for it.

Since there are already many threads on this same topic, closing this thread and ask that you just have a good read here for your answer.
