HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, how are you doing.I need some help with this problem im having.I started working at this really good job that is right by my house and the money was so good and two weeks later they tell me that they have to let me go:crying2: because of what on my background (in 04 i was fighting)after that i got on the phone to see what all i had to do to get it off my background and 3 ppl told me that i cant get it off so i called the state to see what i can do and the only thing they told me i can do is to get a wavier and i did so i called the job back and asked for my job back and she said that they dont take wavier so what i want to know now is how can i get a job with this on my background cause the wavier dont really mean nothing to a job or someone that have a waiver can tell me more about it please and thank you

This sounds like you should seek legal advice which no one can give you on this forum.

Did you include you legal issue on the job app? I know some places will let you go if you don't let them know about any past criminal history. Next time you go for a interview mention the legal issue you were involved in. Other than that, I would seek legal advice from elsewhere.

Yes I told them but I know that some jobs will not look at your app if they see that you have a background but I will keep trying thank you so much I think I'm going to have to gave my cna up and do something eles.......
