I need some input on how you all handle stress?....I've gone to a counselor and it wasn't much help. =(....I'm reaching burn out mode. Input please.

I work a full time job, go to nursing school, and have a husband and a 4 y/o boy. I had 6 tests in 8 days for 2 classes last Monday through this Monday. Yeahhhhh...stress and me are on a first name basis.
Honestly, I HAVE to have an outlet. Once or twice during the week I pick up a book that has nothing to do w/ school. To be honest, I love those cheap romance books. Quick read and not a difficult plot you have to think about. It keeps me sane!
My other thing is being organized. Having everything ready to go at my fingertips in my big binder, neatly organized by tabs, makes me feel much more prepared (even if i'm totally not lol). I start getting ancy when my binder is all out of shape.
I keep a schedule a too. Kind of like the binder thing, if i have a written record of everything I need to do and what day and can see the things i have crossed off I feel much more in control and less stressed out.
Thanks. I just feel burned out. I've currently transferred from one school to another. I've found out that I have to retake all of my nursing classes over. Right now my sleeping schedule is not good. I feel exhausted and tired to a point where I can't study everyday and it puts me behind. I also have a heart condition and that doesn't help either. I get discouraged sometimes and I ask myself. "will I ever make it?" Nursing is what I want to do and what I'm suppose to be doing. I know it!....I just wish I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I wish I had all the energy in the world. I wish I didn't have a heart condition.....lol. I know that's a lot of wishing. Sorry if I sound like I'm whining, I just had to vent a little.
