Help! State test tom!

Hello, Im taking my state test tom and this one thing is really bugging me. I cant tell the patient im taking the resperations, so how do I let instuctor know Im starting?

Telling the instructor that you're "beginning the check of vital signs" should suffice. The instructor would surely know that is going to include respirations along with BP, temp, pulse, SpO2.

I suppose it depends on what state you are in (and in some cases, the instructor). Let us know how you did! :anpom:
