Help with resorces for paper please

I have to write a 3 page paper about the role of RNs in LTC. I have worked LTC for 18 years, so I could probably write this without too many references, but they are required for the paper and I can't seem to find any that would really be suitable. Can anyone offer any suggestions for websites that might help. Thanks in advance!
