I am having a tough time trying to read my scores. There's so many different sections, I don't know which one refers to ME.
For instance, in the math portion it shows that for Algebraic Application, I received a 100.0% Adjusted Individual, 69.0% National, and 78.8% Program. So did I get 100% correct? If so, why did I only get a 69 Nationwide? So confusing.
Can anyone help me?

Based on the comma placement, I would assume it reads like this:
You got a 100.0%
The national average is 69.0%
and the program average is 78.8%

oh okay, i thoght it was MY percentage compared to the nation and program

Actually your results are also included into the national and program average. So individually you got 100%, but the 100% you got is also calculated into the national and program average... I think... or so I've been told.
that's why I'm so confused. If it's 100, how did I get a 60 nationwide? I know what matters is your individual, but still...lol I hate seeing low scores.
I don't think you have to worry too much about how "you+everyone else" did... I think you should just focus on how you did on your own, by yourself... 100% loving that score! Good job!
