help RE: Press gainey

I am confused about the Press Gainey. We are supposedly scoring only 22% according to the latest missive from the NM. But yet we see these pie charts that have us at 80 - 86%.

Our hot comments from our patients are across the board nice about nurses but there are lots of complaints about food, environment etc. Are we as nurses getting dinged for that stuff too?

Maybe there are two different polls going on. I am not sure. I just don't get it.

It all gets spread-sheeted, and if your NM has the ability to do specific score percentages (nursing, for example). Food, doctors, room temperature, etc. do get added into the overall totals for the unit, unfortunately.
