Help please

So I posted awhile back I was removed off the schedule at work due to the fact they were waiting on a drug screen to come back, I was accused of being on drugs at work my drug screen is negative however they wanted me to go to IPN I refused because I didn't do anything wrong the only thing I took before work was a antidepressant that was new bad idea I know now because later in the evening I got confused and disoriented at which time they sent me to the Er anyway they reported to the board of health that I had precedex on me which I did not my pt did have it hanging however, I never pulled any controlled substance that night and would never take pt medication so they want a response in 20 days I have a call out to a lawyer but just need some advice. Thanks in advance

Antidepressant or Xanax?

No it was a antidepressant

OK, I was just curious, because the other post you said Xanax, and nothing about Precedex.

Maybe you had another incident posted that I'm not seeing...

Sounds like the lawyer is your best route.

I did have a script for Xanax at the time however I did not take it and the report I got the hospital is claiming I had a bottle of precedex on me not sure if they are just trying to make me look bad but either way I'm getting a lawyer

Did they search you? Or are you saying at the time you did have the bottle but it belonged to a patient?

If it belong to the patient, and you had it, wouldn't there be some kind of narcotic count and patient order that would clear you?
