Hi Amy. Did you design this "survey" (i.e., are you able to rewrite it and start again)? I wouldn't call this a survey - it's basically 12 "essay questions", and some are very vague (what the heck does #3 mean)? It's not reasonable for you to expect strangers to do this much work for your school project. Reread it and ask yourself if you'd be willing to answer these questions for someone you don't know.
I'd suggest that you rewrite it completely to be answered quickly - make it multiple choice, or rating how much we agree with statements from 1 to 10, putting items in a list in order of priority, etc. If it only takes 10 minutes to fill out, you may get some answers from random people on AllNurses.
Or if you have to use this "survey" as written, you're going to have to do one of two things:
1. Ask people who know you, and might be willing to do you a HUGE favour;
2. Offer compensation.
Good luck. I sure am glad I'm not in nursing school anymore.

Wow, this looks more like a homework/paper assignment than a survey.

In the nicest tone I'm "saying"... that this is an interview piece. Perhaps meant for you to contact your local hospitals HR department and ask for a contact person who may assist you. Also check your Alumni chapters. This is possibly not meant for us internet folk to do the completing. It appears that an interaction/discussion should be occuring.
I agree with you, this does need to be either a phone or face to face interview piece of work, especially if the OP want validation

As I am currently working on this very same assignment I will offer that yah--- that's the interview we have to do. Gotta love the vagueness of questions we are to ask. But that said... if you look at the assignment in TaskStream it specifically says to interview. Here is what I am doing-- I am contacting one of the instructors at the Nursing School in my town. I am planning to meet her for coffee. I agree that this is an awful lot to ask from already busy nurses so I think it is only fair to thank them for their time. Also, if you go into the community you will find a discussion on trading interviews. Ms. A has commented that this is, in fact, acceptable. Why dont you post there and see if your fellow students can be of help.
Good Luck.
