Help in Philly!

I've been a nurse in PA for 6 years. Recently I had to begin the state Voluntary Recovery Program because I tested positive for marijuana during a random drug test. I was fired from my job and now am beginning my search for a new one. I have been on several interviews but as soon as my potential employers hear that I'm in the program, they shoot me down. I'm about to lose my house and declare bankruptcy unless I can get a job. Anyone have any advice? Anyone ever been in my situation? Anyone know of anywhere around Philly that hires people in my situation? I would greatly appreciate any help!
