Help! Office nurses-need advice

I would like to know how other primary care offices manage their vaccines when office is closed? For example, if the power goes out, how are the vaccines stored in the refrigerator and freezer managed? Currently our office has a beeper that will alert who ever is carrying the beeper that there is a compromise, but we are not paid to be on call with that beeper, only if it alerts and someone needs to come in to the office and manage it, then you can clock in. Wondering how other offices deal with this?
