Help with Nursing Grand Rounds

I am doing a nursing grand rounds with four other students. The topic is chronic cardiac disease. The patient past med hx of MI, diabetes, HTN, cardiomyopathy, CAD, anemia, DVT and so many more problems. The patient only speaks Spanish. So far, we have done almost everything. The part we are having problem is the evidence based nursing practice. I have been looking for articles and could not find much. Does any know where I can find good journals? Since the patient was in ICU for over one week, I was looking for an article of evidence based nursing practice.
