In my ncp for neurosensory assessment its asking to state whether my pt was experiencing any pain and to use PQRST. my pt was experiencing pain but due to osteoarthritis. Now my question is since its neurosensory would i go ahead and pertain info on osteoarthritis or should it belong to musculoskeletal assessment? thanks!

Arthritis is joint pain. Last time I looked, joints were part of the musculoskeletal system. :)
However, pain is pain no matter where it comes from, so you would address pain as part of sensory, too.
It's perfectly OK to do it for both; your faculty also wants to hear how you think about these things and how you justify your choices. It's the beginning of critical thinking.
