Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me here. I'm kinda stuck. I have a patient who does not speak English and presents a language barrier while at the same time is deaf (no hearing aide). I thought of Nanda's nursing diagnosis: disturbed sensory perception (for auditory impairment) however I don't know where to look for a diagnosis relating to the language barrier. Does anyone know which direction I can head with this?
Thanks So Much!!!
