Help me with 5 NANDA's for Cirrhosis.

My client this week had Cirrhosis with Esophageal varicies. I need help with the top 5 diagnosis for her.

I guarantee that unless someone just feels like it, you're not likely to get the answer just by asking for it. It's a lose-lose situation.

Plus, it's entirely impossible to come up with the best nursing diagnoses based on a medical diagnosis alone. Example: if this patient had a stage 2 pressure ulcer, she would have impaired skin integrity, regardless of her medical diagnosis regarding her liver.

What's going on with this patient other than the cirrhosis? Think holistically, and refer to your handbook of nursing diagnoses.
