I am conducting a research study to determine the factors that affect the treatment outcomes among patients treated for multi drug-resistant tuberculosis and at the same time I want to identify the indirect effects of these factors. In addition, I would also like to categorize/classify the patients as successful and unsuccessful with regards to their treatment outcomes.
I am utilizing multiple regression to determine the factors, path analysis to identify the indirect effects of the factors involved and discriminant analysis to categorize the patients. The factors that I considered include: demographic factors, socioeconomic factors, patient related factors and co-morbidities.
I am having a hard time constructing my research title since I have a couple of dependent variables involved in my study. If you can help me construct my research title or give any advice, I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

It sounds to me as if you want to include EVERYTHING in your title -- and that just makes a mess in a big, complex study. I recommend focusing on the general term "factors" for the title.
Something like "Factors Affecting Treatment Outcomes in Patients with Multi-drug Resistent Tuberculosis." Yes, you are going to look at a variety of different aspects of those factors ... but you can't put all the details in the title. The title is just the major heading.
thank you llg for that comment. i am thinking it would be a total mess too if i include all these three in my title. but would it be ok if my title would just state about the factors like what you recommend but i will include in my study not just mainly the factors but also its indirect effects and the classification of the patient?
I wouldn't be "wrong," but I don't see how you could word it in a way that wouldn't be too long and convoluted. The goal is to keep your title "tight" -- short and clear enough for people to grasp the topic and be attracted to reading it.

Agree! You can go into more details with your abstract and then the paper/study itself.

If you're thinking ahead to publishing the search engines will look at your abstract for key words anyway. You don't need to restate your whole paper in the title. I like IIg's suggestion.
thank you for all your answers. i appreciate it
