i need your help in making a thesis but were running out of problems that we can make a title on, basically we want to focus on knowledege skills and attitudes of a certain people in a cetain area, but we cant think of a possible problem

What about how lack of a patients cultural beliefs affects the nurses ability to provide the needed skilled care for that indivdual???????????
