Help! Licenses, registration and ahpra!

My partner is in the process of getting her requirements done and sending it to ahpra. She is Filipino and has been educated and registered with PRC in the PH. However, aside from volunteer work she has done in the philippines for 6months between 2011 and 2012, the only paid work experience she has is her current job as a home care nurse in saudi arabia. But the thing is that she is not a registered nurse in Saudi Arabia. And I saw on other applicants who has had saudi experience, ahpra is requesting for them to provide their saudi license and even a cert of good standing coming from saudi. Im just at a lost here. She cant ask for a cogs from saudi much less provide a saudi license when she is not even a registered nurse there. Therefore might be a possibility that she might be rejected by ahpra as she does not have experience with paid working as a registered nurse. Please folks any input on your experience or someone you know who jas exprienced this will be truly helpful.
