If it were me, I would hire an attorney, one with experience representing nurses before the board of nursing. If you are unable to locate one, the American Association of Nurse Attorneys might be helpful.
and again, if it were me I would not discuss this with anyone other than my attorney.
Best wishes as you work through this situation.

During the pandemic and adding bipolar and ADHD into that mix, my mental health was suffering. I had a manic night and left (left the narcotic keys with a nurse) and was told the next day I could quit and not be fired and have it affect my license or they could fire me. I chose to quit. This was in 2020. I renewed my license twice and then found out my license had been revoked in 8/2024. I got a call from the board of nursing in 2022, and explained what I remembered and that was it. I never received a notice of hearing or anything. So now, I'm out of a job and trying to either fight this or find a health related job with a revoked license. I could use some advice.
