HELP! Inactive nurse getting back on track!

Hi!;) I just want to know some of your ideas as to what to do in my situation right now. Im a registered nurse for 4 years, Volunteer nurse for 6 months in a secondary hospital in Marikina but left for I have an opportunity to work as a clinic nurse in a tertiary hospital in Makati which I stayed up until now. :scrying: I dont have any complain about the doctors im working with but I feel like im going far behind my nursing career; being the receptionist/cashier/P.A and the likes:oldman: pretty much not what I hope for doing when I got my license as a nurse. So my dilemma is this-

Im thinking to go back again in nursing by training in a dialysis center but from what ive red in some of the threads with regards in dialysis training in manila(that its really hard to get hired and tge possibility of being absorbed is slim) I have already eyeing a training facility which renders 4 months training in dialysis but im a bit scared that after my training, I will not be able to land a job....

Another option is in National Kidney Center coz they are conducting training for 4 months also. The risk is the same!!!:-(

Which is better? Being trained as a dialysis nurse in a freestanding clinic or to be trained as a nurse in a tertiary specialty hospital?

Your insights are truly appreciated.

Thank you
