I am a registered nurse who would like to start an LPN program. Any advise, and/or assistance/guidance from anyone is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Start with your state board of nursing nurse practice act. My state has a moratorium on new PN schools so it would not be possible. There are very specific requirements for director qualifications (often an MSN-RN is required, but not always), in my states all clinical and classroom instructors must be a minimum of RN-BSN, part time/adjunct clinical instructors can be an RN-diploma or RN-ASN. There are requirements for providing course syllabi, outlines, clinical agreements, insurance policies, staff CV, and often a multi step approval process that involves site inspections. But again, all of this is dictated by your state board of nursing. In most states nursing education is dictated by BoN regulation.
