hi guys did you find job in guam? im an nclex rn passer too and planning to work there next year, but i am nervous because there is no job posting as hemodialysis nurse and i am worried that it may took me months in findind a job please update me... thanks!

Hi Marian. Have you tried US Renal Care? They were hiring RNs at the hemodialysis unit there I think a month or 2 months ago. And try GMH too. Dauntlessnurse just became a hemo nurse there last month. Just send your resume everywhere regardless of whether they're hiring or not so that when they're hiring they have you on file already.

Im from California but I studied in the Philippines. Me and Dauntless have been looking for jobs for about 3-4 months lol and then GMH interviewed her and she got the RN job at the hemo unit fast. There's a new hospital opening up in December too. Me and dauntless are also gonna work there. When are you going to Guam?

are u experienced hemo nurse? GMH is looking for like that coz i think we need 2 more staff. but they are looking for rn who has experience so the training will not be that long..and try Guam regional medical city visit there website. they're gonna open soon!

Us renal care already hired 2 RNs coz they hired my friend who's working at GMH before but yah try to send applications everywhere! that's what moychii and i did :)

oh wow cool! is the machine in Phil is gambro? C'mon try to apply now at guam memorial hospital! check there website, they are doing phone interviews too. yah moychi is right we really had a hard time haunting jobs but its worth the wait lol :) but i think you can easily find job coz u have experience!

Hi we are using fresinius machine and nipro... :) what are your responsibilities as HD nurse, I have heard it's different like we dont cannulate, we only give meds is that right?

gambro is the new machine at GM en Us renal care is using fresinius..

Omg no way! in the hemo unit at Gmh we are all RNs so we do it all (hooking up pts.,monitor, giving meds, feed them,change them clean the machine,restocking supplies LOL) but pt ratio is only 2:1..

which state is ur nclex?
