HELP!!! Going on an interview for HH

Hello, I am an LVN in San Jose Ca. I have an interview later today with Maxim HH. I have been a nurse for 4 years in various settings, currently I am a Charge nurse at a SNF. Can anyone tell me in short what it is HH Nurses do, what the schedules are like, patients per day etc.. what can I expect, and what I should ask at th einterview. Also Anyone here working for Maxim? Oh btw, forgot to mention that i was an LPN for 18 years ( maxim for 9 of those!)

hi! got your PM but i dont know how to send you a reply there. anyway, I dont have any idea in San Diego but i tell you the pay they give me here in bay area (northern CA) is less than 25/hr. the cost of living here is high compared in your place. so if you have plans of moving here somewhere in CA you must now how much you'll get paid so that you can plan ahead It differs in every city.
