Help getting job in Charlotte

Hi everyone.

I am graduating with an ASN in May. I have my bachelors of science in another degree.

I was wondering if anyone had any information about getting a job as a new grad. Do you know of any internships around charlotte or near that in NC?

Do you have any tips about finding a job in this location?

Charlotte is saturated with new grads like most areas in NC. Gaston Memorial has a new grad posting. I think Presby and Carolina's are mostly doing internal applicants. You may have to branch out your search. Also what are area's are you interested in? It seems as if everyone wants to do ICU, ED, L&D, Cardiac, and Peds if thats what you want it makes your search that much harder. Where are you doing your clincals, get to know that nurse manager.

At this point you almost have to take what you can get, do that one or two years for experience then go for what you want.
