Help! CGFNS -CVS for New York

Hello everyone, need your advice; I recently apply for CGFNS-CVS for New York state, forms has been sent to my school and the licensing authority in my country but the nursing council in my country is delaying. I have read on this forum about people applying for the CVS without license verification from their country. Is it possible for me to ask CGFNS to waive the license verification and continue the process with just my school transcript alone.

If you have a license in a country that is not the country you are applying to you must declare it and meet requirements
