I have a B.S. in Biology and have tutored students so I know that needing help with some of these topics is no joke. I would strongly recommend talking to your professor and visiting the tutoring center at your school. These resources are generally free for students.
If this doesn't work, you may want to hire a private tutor in your area.
Have you tried Wyzant or Varsity tutor? If you google these sites, you should have luck finding tutors in your area.
It's not that people here, myself included, are not willing to help you. People who ask for homework advice or people who ask for the explanation of a specific topic (ie How does aldosterone increase blood pressure?) have a better chance of having their questions answered here.
I don't know if you have any specific questions about isotopes, atoms, or the ETC?
