I spent a whole year to take prerequisite courses. chem was not required but I took it anywAy. I am so glad I did. it is the foundation of your patho and pharm.. Algebra and basic biology are essential too. the knowledge is built on one another .

there are many mental disorder lectures on YouTube . do some search and you might find some helpful to your study.

I was in a CNA open house last week, the teacher shared a story about a CNA cared for a dying patient. I could not hold my tears any more before she had finished the story, the woman sat next to me was sobbing too. I think we are all human beings with a gentle heart.

hi, I am in the same boat. I am taking general bio this semester, and I will take ap1 in the fall too. I am doing well in bio now , but ap is totally different, need more time and dedication .I am also getting myself ready for Ap1, I found this website has very good,detailed notes. you can go to YouTube, search biology131, there isa wonderful professor who is teaching anatomy from UC Buckley . hi guys. After years of thinking and waiting, I finally make up my mind I will start my pre -requisites this coming semester. I will take english, math, biology and sociology. I dont work but i have a preschooler at home with me after her school. I have been reading math and bio books , it isnot easy for me . I am thinking if i should drop sociology this semester. I never went to college before . my english writing is very bad !! I took some bio before so i know what bio class like but what is sociology course like ? is it very hard ? dose it need lots of essay writing ? i watched the SOC lecture on youtube . I found it so boring , if i was in the classroom listening i will be dozing off ..lol....if i take soc. i will take it online. if you have taken this course before. please give me some idea and tips to get through it. Thank you.

Finally i will start taking my pre-requitsits courses this spring. I am a stay at home mom work part time 2 days a week . I plan to take english bio math Soc 4 coures total. to keep my financial aid , the nursing program i am interested in will look at points, eng, bio mat. if get A, worth 8 points each. Soc will not count just need C to pass . I will take one cours on line just want to try out the system. cos i will do more course online in the future to avoid child care. i never take online course. My Math placement test was pretty good. I have been pick up lots of math from watch videos from brightstorm.com. oh and the math course i will take is intermediate algebra . IS this same as algebra 2 ? Have any one use educator.com ? they seem to have very good videos . I plan to pay for educator.com for the math/bio video . do you recommend it ? then i will take math online , and take the rest on campus. I never take Soc, is it hard ? i just need C for this course. should i put math before soc make sure i will get A for the 8 points ? i cant decide which course i should take online ? math ? it seem easy to me but i do need A , Soc seem hard and i just need C?? how should i choose and which is better option ?? please weight in cos i will enroll class next week. thanks for your time. p.s. i will take evening classes. i have to choose between math and soc is because they are on the same time , so i only can pick one on campus the other online or i will need childcare.
