Help with admission essay

i recently applied to Philips Beth Israel Hospital which require a admission essay.i was wondering what does this topic mean what are your plans for your future in nursing?thank you in advance for asking it:)

There are lots of ways to approach such a question. The most common approach is to talk about the type of nurse you want to be -- which specialities are you most interested in? -- which nursing roles appeal to you the most? etc. Are you wanting to be a pediatric nurse? intensive care? work in a nursing home? etc. Do you want to be a nursing manager? a teacher of nursing? a nurse practitioner? etc. Nursing offers many career path options and they are asking you to talk about the career path you envision for yourself.

You might also include a mention of your values, the values you hope to embody as a nurse, how you hope to use what you learn in school.

So ... why don't you practice a liitle bit here before you actually write your official essay. What type of nurse do you envision yourself being? Start there.
