Hello WA Nurses

I moved to Seattle recently. So far I am enjoying the pacific northwest. I only have 3 months of experience as a RN in AZ that is why I am applying to new grad position again in seattle. To my surprise harborview already contacted me. Any tips that new grads went through harborview would be awesome. The fact that Harborview is so big and a magnet hospital....i am not sure what to expect.

While I worked as a recruiter for a travel nurse agency, I hired nurses from Harborview. I also got to know travel nurses who thought they wanted to settle down here, and took a position at Harborview. None lasted more than a few months to a year.

One very good nurse talked about too many patients, and being overstressed, but have never been inside their doors, so have no first hand experience.
