I would never wear anything but Danskos...most of the OR people including the doctors where them...they save your back and feet! You can usually find super deals on eBay...but remember that your shoes/uniforms are an itemized deductible on your taxes.

I actually just went out and bought a pair of shoes tonight. I wanted a pair of Danskos real bad... but they were almost all around a $100. I bought a decent pair of white New Balances, and some gel supports to slip inside the shoe. I haven't really gotten a chance to wear them in, but so far they are incredibly comfortable.

Once I've had some experience, I'll treat myself with a good pair of Danskos.

I bought crocs from Ebay for $10. I do however want to get a good pair of shoes because after awhile my feet hurt and I walk on the floor alot. I also wana get stockings from Jobst and they are expensive too cuz I'm experiencing leg pain. So yeah try Ebay, oh and I bought from Allheart shoes for $9 thats the cheapest. But like they said you get what you paid for.

i personally seldom buy shoes, but i see to it the quality and comfort of the shoes regardless of the price since i am going to use it for work. i usually go for nursemates and crocs, they are costly, but the comfort is really good. :)
