Helene Fuld classroom environment and commute

Published

Posting because most of the threads on HF are years old. Just got my Teas 6 results and I passed! Waiting my admissions packet. Was wondering if anyone can share their experience about the school? How were the classmates? Did you make any friends during the program or was everyone competitive and only stuck to themselves? My commute is about 1hr 30min tops. How do you think that would affect me? Was the school helpful in getting jobs? I've heard it's hard for ARN to find jobs these days without connections. Any other info about your experience is much appreciated

ok I sent it through email, atleast you will have an idea what the hours and days it's given, nursing skills is only 5 weeks so take it at the same time as chem/math because they teach math first and you will be done with nursing skills when chem is introduced, you will have chem only and can concentrate well with only one class, I know your probably like what is she talking about, lol, when you register you will see what I'm talking about.

It seems the school just recently opened a traditional BSN program, does anyone know how competitive the school is? I would be applying as a transfer student

Hi I know this is an older thread, is anyone at the school now for the generic BSN program as a transfer student? Would love to hear their experience

Hi everyone, I just started Helene Fuld. I am taking the prerequisites, dosage and chem and 121. I’m planning on getting my rn in one year and would like to know is it true what they say about 221. I’ve heard horror stories and I am a little nervous. Can anyone tell me what book you use for 221 because I would like to order it now to start preparing. How is everyone doing in class?

Hi I applied to Helen Fuld and waiting for my test date to take teas. Can someone give me an update please

Hi!! I’m at Helene Fuld also, I know a lot of people who failed doing the 12months and a some have passed! It’s extremely difficult, but it has been done!!

Hi I was accepted into the BSN program, I can't wait to start in the fall ?

@Jasmine4916 hey! when you applied did you have any of the typical per-requistes done? What did you score on your TEAS if you don't mind me asking?

I had all of the pre reqs except history, biochem, and anthropology of Health and healing. I'll have to check my TEAS score, I know it was above normal but not super high
