HEDIS Part time?

Hello! I am applying for a HEDIS position. The posting was very vague. I am wondering if any of you with HEDIS experience could answer a few questions. I understand these positions are project type positions, but has anyone worked part time doing this? I have another job and hope to do this a couple hours a day ideally. Also, do you have to go to clinic to review charts? Seems kind of out of date since most medical records are electronic now.

Any information anyone has would be appreciated!
