the national league for nursing has released a list of elements that describe a healthy work environment for nurse educators.

the nln developed its list based on the elements of a healthy work environment, a consensus document released last year by the nursing organization alliance. please go here for more information:

a coalition of 65 national nursing organizations (including aone), addresses the nursing work environment. it intends to follow up this effort with the release of a toolkit on faculty retention. http://www.nln.org/newsletter/june202005.htm
