Health tech vs. LPN vs. Nursing assistant in the VA

Hi everyone!

I would like to know the differences between the health techs and the LPN in the VA hospital. Also is the nursing assistant the same as CNA?? I am a student lpn and would like to get a part time job on weekends and during the summer. I am not sure which job I can get right now and then transfer to when I graduate. Also I would like to know how well respected are LPNs and CNAs.... I am interested mainly in West haven CT right now, but after I graduate I can go any where. I have searched the old messages, but now found an answer to this question. Thanks for answering.

Anyone have an idea?? I need clearer descriptions of what they do besides the ones on the website. They seem like they were similar and hopefully I can get some clarification on this.... thanksss:wink2:
