Trying to narrow down the options, a lucky problem to have! 

 

If anyone has personal experiences or suggestions r/t BSW, Ascension and ST. D in Austin it would be greatly appreciated. Looking to join residency programs, but don't have my heart set on anything specific r/t the fact that I only work on a med surge floor and ony had 1 clinical during school thanks COVID. Curious about L&D, NICU, but happy to start Med surge, just want interesting and not nursing home vibes.
