Health History question

I am working on a health history report for my health assessment class and have a question about one of the subjects we are supposed to touch on. All it states is "use of safety measures." I have looked in my book (Jarvis) and can't find any information related to this. I also have looked online, but there is so much information to sort through. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA for any help.

There should be a chapter in your med/surg book on Safety.

Think about seatbelts, gun safety, poisoning, throw rugs etc etc.
