Health Education/Nurse Health Coach

I have been a RN for almost 9 years and have varied from different specialties from critical care to surgery to Nurse Administrator. Been trying to find my spot in nursing and realized I wanted to fill the gap and lack of education for patients especially with new disease diagnosis and for overall health and wellness. I currently in school for my B.S. in Health Education and Promotion and only have a few classes left but I am not sure what next? My dream would to be a Nurse Health Coach and have my own clients, possibly contracted by Dr offices/hospital etc. Has anyone ever done this? Any advice? I know what I want but not sure how to get there.
