Health Care Assistant to Staff Nurse in Singapore?

I received an invitation from an Agency based in Manila, Philippines to apply for a Health Care Assistant position for Singapore. I'm a registered nurse here in the Philippines with 1 yr experience as a nurse under Department of Health's project dubbed as RNheals(6mos hospital rotation in government hospital 150 bed capacity and 6 mos municipal health center) . Then 3 months as a Nurse Trainee in a private tertiary level hospital with 110 bed capacity from Apr-Jul 2012. And I recently passed NCLEX-RN last May 2013. My concern is, is there a chance a Health Care Assistant to become a Staff Nurse in Singapore? and how long? Because here in the Philippines, If I want to work again in a nursing field, I need to undergo again training then volunteer status while waiting for vacancy. Currently working as a freelancer online(Admin Asst position) to augment my finances and to finance my ielts and visa screen,etc...

You can look up the requirements on the nursing council of Hong Kong website under nursing application for nurses who trained outside of Hong Kong.
