Health Assessment at WGU

Hi Everyone!

I'm about to enroll in WGU RN to BSN. One of the classes is a health assessment without a LAB. For my NP, some uinversities (most) require a health assessment with LAB. I'm guessing this course wont transfer in when I apply due to the lab requirement. Does anyone know if universities usually allows you to take a health assessment with lab at their facility as a summer class etc. or if there are any places in CA that allow for the class to be taken on its on. I reside in Los Angeles but will appreciate input from all over.
