Health assessment

Hello fellow nursing students/nurses!

So, finally I'm finding my own way to study for health assessment. I'm a visual learner, and I noticed it helped me to just view some videos on youtube, and write down notes after from the text.. anything that stands out or seems important. I also have a little workbook with questions.

BUT, do you guys have any nclex style questions for health assessment? My workbook is more so, "this is that" kind of thing. Need some challenging questions to help me think more.

I agree quizlett it awesome. Do you have a Davis or Saunder NCLEX study guide? Also Evolve had a good HESI study resource you can buy with practice exams.
