Health Assessment Paper

I am currently in Transition Nursing. Going from LVN to RN. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on a Health Assessment Topic for my paper.

It has to be an assessment related paper on an adult. I have to be able to refer to several different journal articles. Any ideas would be appreciated.

What kind of assessment paper? Like cardiac assessment? Wellness assessment? What are the guidelines for the paper?

Doesn't sound very difficult to me.

It a 3-5 page essay from Nursing Journal articles. Need to select a topic in health assessment and be on an adult. I just have writers block right now....Brain is just overloaded and can't think of anything that would have a lot of information.
