I have a date. An actual day and time when I will show up on a Saturday morning to take my entrance exam to Carrington and hope to make the top 36% of the test-takers...June 1st. Oh-em-gee. I have a great start on reading and writing, for I excel at those. Math....notsomuch. Word problems hate me and algebra and I have barely met....BUT....I did do well on the HESI for Kaplan College some years back and Carrington College uses the Kaplan test...but I don't know if that would be the same one. If I knew how to study for it I'd be okay....

I just received my study guide book in the mail for the PAX-RN entrance exam and I am completely overwhelmed already. I knew Science was going to be tough I haven't had a physics class at all so I was prepared to be stumped but the math and vocabulary seem to be very tough too. I hope to score in the higher percentage of applicants because this is the only key to getting in they don't base it on anything else but a possible GPA (if you score the same as another possible applicant). Good luck with everything and I hope all goes well!!
