Hello,

I wanted to start a thread since I haven't came across a Houston Community College - Coleman Spring 2020.

I'm excited for our new journey and lets try to help each during our journey to become a RN ?

If we should start a GroupMe as well i'm down for it !!

I’m in the same boat, i can submit my application early but i want to take AP2 to boost my points ! However my AP2 class end in July.

Also i have already done my immunizations and tither, has anyone else done there’s?

I’m currently working on my immunizations and titers. I have the last HEP B vaccine left to get on July 11. I was worried I wouldn’t get it done in time, so I started it months ago. At first glance I thought we needed the immunizations to apply, so I started freaking out but then I saw they aren’t needed until after being admitted. Silly me lol....

Lol I just want everything completely done as soon as possible. I wasn’t immune to Hep B so i went to get the fast track HepB vaccine which is after a month i can get my second dose & titer. After that i just need to get the Flu shot.

Hello i’m planing on applying for 2020 also. Just wondering how hard are the sections on the hesi? I take my hesi for the first time in two weeks. I’ve been studying the book for about an hour a day. Is the book somewhat the same as the exam? Thanks in advance for any responses.

I'm planning on applying for the Spring 2020 program as well. I'm actually planning to take my hesi this Monday the 24th. I have a 3.14 for my GPA on my pre-requisites so I'm a little nervous about that. I'm just hoping I do well enough on the hesi to submit my application.

Hey Ladies,

I plan on applying for Spring 2020. Have you guys submitted your applications? I'm still waiting to take the HESI. I'm just super nervous.

I'm applying for Spring 2020 too! My stats are:

Pre-requisite GPA: 3.786

Pre-requisite grades:

ENGL 1301: A

A & P 1 (LECTURE): A

A & P 1 (LAB): A

PSYC 2301: A

Microbiology (LECTURE): B

Microbiology (LAB): A

PSYC 2314 Growth & Development: A

Hesi scores:

Math: 94%

Grammar: 96%

Reading: 94%

Anatomy & Physiology: 100%

Critical Thinking: 960

I hope my scores are competitive enough ?

Hi guys, has anyone received your BON blue card?

So I saw other group they say that you have to wait until you receive an email from identogo then you will be able to schedule a finger print appointment. But I did not. I registered and scheduled the whole thing myself. but its been a month since then, i havent seen my card yet. I checked my status and they say I am successfully enrolled, but nothing happened. no card no email at all. what would i do guys.

Hey Nhi,

I received an email from HCC that I can do my fingerprinting 2 weeks ago, then that’s the only time I scheduled my fingerprinting at identogo. I scheduled it last 9/12/19 and got the blue card clearance last 9/20/19. I guess you have to call the BON to follow up.

Hi Aya, thank you for your information. But how was it sent to you. straight to your home address, email or you have to pick it up at the agency where you did the fingerprints?
