HCA's or Associate Practitioners in sexual health clinics

Hi - anyone out there involved in developing the roles of HCA's to expand their role and take on tasks that may have been previously the remit of a registered nurse. Keen to see what other peoples experiences have been.

Now wait, let me understand this. You want us to give you tips on expanding the roles of unlicensed individuals, which would reduce even more the available jobs for nurses?

I can't quite figure out what information you're looking for....

In sexual health clinics (whatever that is - never heard of a clinic, only a therapist), what do the unlicensed personnel do?

And how are they being groomed to take over registered nursing roles?

Are those the questions?

I believe the op is talking about Planned Parenthood/family planning clinics/reproductive health, that type of thing.
