hawaii nclex passer since 2010 but wasnt able to acquire a license

hi fellow nurses! I would just like to ask if you have any idea regarding my issue. I am a nurse from the philippines now working in abu dhabi, passed hawaii nclex last july 2010 and wasnt able to acquire a license there because licensure needs ssn, now I want to pursue my US application but the thing is Im afraid that my nclex passing was not valid anymore, i am already processing my visa screen now and im not sure if cgfns will accept it or should I retake the nclex exam again? some one help me please. huhuhuhu i tried contacting hawaii bon but they are not replying. thank you soo much!
