Hawaii FNP advice?? ANCC or AANP?

Aloha mai kakou!

Anyone have any knowledge about if there is any preference between ANCC or AANP certification in Hawaii? Looking at jobs and want to make sure I take the right certification to have the best shot at landing a job on the island. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Hawaii Board of Nursing accepts national certification from both AANP and ANCC. Once you obtain Hawaii APRN licensure, I don’t see a reason why employers would prefer one over the other.
