How long does it take to get your att if your applying for hawaii?

I know this is an old thread, but for anybody wondering, I heard it takes 4 weeks, but for me it was about 2 weeks after I submitted my application to the BON. It's faster if you pay the $200 to Pearson in advance (which is what I did).
