Hello this is my first post and I am needing some advice on Chamberlain Nursing School in Jacksonville, FL. My husband is in the military and he will be retiring in 5 years I want to have my nursing degree by then. I am having a difficult time on deciding if I should go to Chamberlain or if I should wait and try to get into a nursing program at a community college. Unfortunately I have been scammed by a career school before and I do not want to go through that again. I just want to get my nursing degree. I need information about Chamberlain Nursing School.
Is it a good school ?
Are the clinicals good ?
How are the instructors ?
Were you able to find a job after graduating ?
Thank You,
Tanya

The thing that Chamberlain will give you that a community college will not is a BSN (vs. an ADN), but it comes at a hefty price. Are you able to access your husband's education benefits to help offset the price tag? It would be much less expensive to go the community college route, then bridge to BSN later, which you can do while you're working. Just a thought.
