Haven't receive my pass letter and certificate from The Board of Nursing

hello! I'm a newly RN, i just passed my NCLEX RN (I guess) last March, but I haven't received my Pass Letter and Certificate from Texas Board. my friends got their Mail after 2 weeks of passing their exam. I don't have any idea how can I track my mail since I'm not the one who process my NCLEX application. Am I the only one who encountered this problem? btw I tried checking our post office. and Im not from Texas. :/

Does your name show up on the BON website? Have you tried calling them to ask?

I've seen my name and license number in nursys, last month I asked the person who processed my application about this, he told me that he contacted the Board of Nursing already, but until now I haven't received it yet :(
